SMS Consent & Text Message Policy

Last updated: March 22, 2026

This policy describes how AI Recepcia™ AI (“AI Recepcia™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends SMS and text messages in connection with our AI-powered receptionist and related services. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program description

When you use AI Recepcia™ or interact with a business that uses AI Recepcia™ on your behalf, we may send text messages related to appointment reminders, call or message follow-ups, verification codes, account or service alerts, and similar operational communications. With your separate consent where required, we may also send promotional or marketing messages about AI Recepcia™ products and offers.

2. Consent

You agree to receive automated and non-automated text messages from or on behalf of AI Recepcia™ at the mobile number you provide, including through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchasing our services unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific program. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide, or that you have authority to consent on behalf of that subscriber.

3. Message frequency & content

Message frequency varies based on how you and the businesses you interact with use AI Recepcia™. You may receive multiple messages per day during active use, or fewer when there is no activity requiring a text. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

4. Opt out & help

  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any marketing or promotional message from us to unsubscribe from that program. For service or transactional messages tied to an account, you may need to adjust notification settings in your account or contact support. Some messages may continue where necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
  • Help: Reply HELP for more information, or contact us through the channels listed on our Contact page.

5. Participating carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change; delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and terms.

6. Privacy

We handle phone numbers and message content as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers for unrelated third-party marketing solely on the basis of SMS opt-in for our programs.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may require additional notice or consent where the law requires.

This page is provided for transparency and compliance purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Consult qualified counsel for obligations specific to your use of messaging services.
